intents and purposes

hello and welcome!
i've created this site for a couple of reasons; to learn how to code, to promote music and share my experiences in creativity and life. i intend to put into writing all of the things that inspre, the process, the frustrations and wins, as well as all of the monotony of life here within the code of this blog to share and connect and befriend those cut from similar cloth. I don't know how committed i am to this just yet as i do have a habit in dabbling in things until interest is satiated, however some things stick, updating and being intentional with this may vary wildly.

with that said i'll introduce myself a little. thanks for stopping btw.

currently, and for the last couple years i've been working on this project. it's been an outlet for so many things. i used to play guitar in a band and take pictures of adventures outside, but these days i make electronic music and dabble in video and graphic design. things have changed a little but i like to think that my thirst to learn new things as one of my favorite things of change. it's my hope that this site will reflect that

anyway, i've got a couple more things on my to do list before i call this little project complete enough to start working on side quests. i want to compile a list of useful resources for independent artists with an emphasis on free or cheap tools and courses that other artists who are just starting out can refer to and find value in. There's an urgent excitement within the diy scene that i feel and want to support. self sustainabilty is something else that i'm curious about so i want to get a page put together that focuses on that during times of (cough) hardship and get a little photo collage in place for all the damn photos that have been sitting on my hardrive doing absolutetly nothing and finally, get something put together for connecting. maybe a guestbook or comment thing or something.

i dont know. i have a lot of ideas and can't wait to see what sticks.
